Carlos Agia

Carlos Missagia, CPA, MBA, currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Highbar Physical Therapy since January 2024, following a series of notable leadership roles as Chief Financial Officer at Qualitas Dental Partners, LLC and NeuroPsychiatric Hospitals, among others. With extensive experience in financial management, Carlos held various positions, including Corporate Controller at Claris Vision Holdings and Director of Finance at Dominion Diagnostics. Carlos began the financial career as a Business Control Manager at PictureTel Corporation and advanced through positions such as Senior Financial Analyst at MetroRED Telecommunications. Academically, Carlos earned a Master of Business Administration from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Rhode Island.
