Chris Newkirk

Chris Newkirk is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as President of Commercial & Money Movement Solutions at Visa since June 2020, Chris leads the global business with full P&L responsibility and is a member of the Executive Committee. Prior to this role, Chris held several senior positions at Capital One, including President of Small Business and International and was instrumental in driving significant growth and innovation. Additionally, Chris is actively involved in nonprofit initiatives, serving as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for Higher Achievement and as a former Board Member for the DC College Access Program. Chris earned a JD from Harvard Law School and a BA from Yale University.
