Elena Stefanopol is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and management, currently serving as the Senior Director of Talent at Labelbox since October 2020, where responsibilities include connecting talent acquisition, management, and development efforts to enhance high-performing teams. Notable previous roles include Director of Recruiting at Labelbox, lead R&D recruiter at Airbnb, and various positions in recruitment and talent acquisition across multiple companies, such as DigitalGenius and Testronic. Elena has also contributed as a mentor with First Round Fast Track and is an executive member of the HIGHER Community, focusing on elevating talent acquisition in organizations. An official member of the Forbes Human Resources Council and an advisor for Jupe, Elena holds certificates in Leadership Principles from Harvard Business School Online and Human Resources Management from UC Berkeley, along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Foreign Languages from Technical University of Civil Engineering Bucharest.
