Muhammad Bilal, PMP, serves as the IT Operational Director EMEA at Higher Ed Partners since February 2023, leading the IT department to ensure seamless operations and strategic growth. Previously, Muhammad worked at Moody's Corporation as an Assistant Vice President - Training Specialist, addressing challenges in training infrastructure. From June 2015 to September 2022, Muhammad held the position of Head of Operations and IT at Principles for Responsible Investment, managing an eight-member team and overseeing critical IT projects. Earlier roles include E-Learning Project Manager at the Association of Children's Welfare Agencies, IT Project Manager at the Responsible Investment Association Australasia, Web Developer at Zara Medical Services, Software Engineer for various international clients, and Lecturer at Iqra University. Muhammad holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from the University of Southern Queensland and a Bachelor's in Computer Science from Iqra University.
