Tiffany Emerson

Tiffany Emerson is a highly experienced educational leader currently serving as the Chief Administrative Officer and Director of Quality at Higher Ground a Resource Center since July 2022, and as the Director of Training for TGS Educational Consulting since November 2022. Previously, Tiffany held the position of School Principal at Sunnyside Unified School District, overseeing over 900 students, including those with learning and emotional disabilities, and focusing on developing educational plans and programs to enhance outcomes. Prior experience includes Principal at Dietz K-8 School with Tucson Unified School District, where Tiffany transformed a K-5 into a K-8 institution while establishing over 60 strategic partnerships, and Assistant Principal at Vail Unified District, emphasizing effective operations and instructional improvements. Tiffany's educational background includes a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from Grand Canyon University, along with multiple degrees in education and science from Coker University, Chadron State College, and the University of Arizona.
