Our Mission:
Higher Ground Education is the parent company of a global network of 130+ Montessori schools committed to radically changing the education space. Our brands, including Guidepost Montessori, the Academy of Thought and Industry, and the Prepared Montessorian, have spread the transformative power of Montessori education through brick-and-mortar schools, online platforms, learning pods, and teacher training initiatives since our inception in 2016.
As we forge ahead with our expansion—opening approximately one new school every week—our goal remains to instill a profound love of learning in each child, enabling them to achieve their highest potential and grow into independent, fulfilled adults. During a period of significant growth for our organization, which includes scaling our suite of in-person and digital educational services with over 100% annual revenue growth, we offer an exciting opportunity for career progression and skill development in a rapidly expanding company.
The Role:
We are seeking a Regional Community Lead who will focus on increasing enrollment rates within our Guidepost Montessori school locations. This role entails managing 10-14 accounts at a time, requiring excellent organizational skills and the ability to follow up effectively.
This position is ideal for those who thrive in dynamic environments, possess a growth-oriented mindset, and are skilled at incrementally defining their role as they advance. In collaboration with various internal teams and your regional team, you will ensure each of our schools achieves or maintains strong enrollment numbers.
