Lindsay Sloan is Vice President of Operations at Higher Ground Education. She began her career with Teach For America’s regional recruitment team in Washington, D.C. and was later promoted to roles in the New York national office. After a year at LePort Schools, she joined the Higher Ground team in August 2016. In her role she focuses on improving the efficiency and scalability of school operations. Both Sloan and her team are passionate about supporting and developing school leaders across the country so that they can focus their energy on student and parent experience.
