Hoa Khuong

Hoa Khuong is currently serving as the Director of Institutional Research at Higher Learning Commission since April 2019. Prior to this role, Hoa worked at Northeastern Illinois University from September 2009 to March 2019, holding positions like Associate Director of Institutional Research and Assessment, and Assistant Director of Institutional Research. With educational backgrounds including a Ph.D. in Research Methodology from Loyola University Chicago, a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Northeastern Illinois University, and a Master of Business Administration from University of Wisconsin-Madison, Hoa Khuong brings a wealth of experience and expertise in the field.
