Elaine Derubbo

Elaine DeRubbo is a UX Researcher at Higher Logic since February 2021, following a role as Events Lead at Hexagon UX. Previously, Elaine completed a 500-hour UX Design training program at General Assembly in 2020, where significant projects included project management for Hatch IT and research leadership for Teach for Bangladesh. Prior experience includes serving as Community Outreach and Social Organization Chair at Ignyte Group, where Elaine organized workshops and designed newsletters, and worked as a Senior Consultant and Consultant at IBM. Elaine's early career features internships with the U.S. Foreign & Commercial Service and strategic roles at Mays Business School. Elaine holds a B.B.A. in Management from Texas A&M University and completed UX Design Immersive training at General Assembly.
