Jenna Fairlo

Jenna Fairlo is a seasoned product designer with extensive experience in user experience (UX) design. Currently serving as a Senior Product Designer at Higher Logic since July 2020, Jenna previously held roles as a Product Designer and a Freelance UX Designer, working on user-friendly solutions and redesigning key conversion pages. Prior experience includes serving as Lead UX Designer at MotoRefi, where Jenna focused on problem identification, solution design, and user testing, as well as freelance UX design positions developing information architecture and mobile app wireframes. Jenna's early career involved work as a UX Designer at Brave UX, where responsibilities included producing user flows and prototypes, and a UX Design apprenticeship at General Assembly. Jenna holds a Bachelor's degree in Urban and Environmental Planning from the University of Virginia, where earlier roles included facilitating workshops and coordinating sustainability projects.
