Eric Gonzales

Eric Gonzales currently serves as Vice President of Growth at HigherEchelon, Inc., beginning in January 2024. Prior to this role, Gonzales held the position of Vice President, Growth & Client Development at Aptive Resources from April 2022 to January 2024. Gonzales has a strong background in business development, having worked at ManTech as Executive Director of Business Development for Veterans Affairs and as Director of Business Development for Leidos’s Veterans Affairs Account. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Capture Manager at B3 Group, Inc., and Senior Manager at SRA International, Inc. Gonzales began a career in business analysis at Centeva and holds a B.A. in Business Management with a Concentration in Marketing from Hood College and a High School Diploma from Linganore High School.
