Anna Westerhoff-Mason

Anna Westerhoff-Mason has worked in the recruitment industry since 2015. Anna began their career as a Recruitment Coordinator at Alexander Mann Solutions, followed by a role as a Recruitment Specialist at GlobalLogic in 2016. In 2017, they took on the role of Senior Recruiter (Technology) - Experienced Hire Recruiting - EMEA - Goldman Sachs via ADP RPO, where they managed the full-cycle recruitment process and was responsible for recruitment activities for the Technology Department on the EMEA market. In 2019, they became an Internal Recruiter at Synthace Limited, where they were the Project Lead on the Technology Recruitment and Brand Building and established a Diversity initiative for the company. In 2020, they held two roles, first as a Technical Recruiter at Google and then as a Senior Manager Talent Acquisition at Labforward. Currently, they are a Talent Acquisition Lead at HigherSteaks.

Anna Westerhoff-Mason has a Bachelor of Applied Science from Politechnika Krakowska im. Tadeusza Kościuszki in Environmental Protection and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration from Wrexham Glyndŵr University in Psychology. Anna has also obtained certifications from AIRS, an ADP Company, including a Certified Military Veteran Recruiter (2018), Certified Diversity Recruiter (2018), Professional Recruiter Certification (2017), Certified Internet Recruiter 13.0 (2017), and Certified Social Media Recruiter.
