Ericka Milford

Ericka Milford is the current Director of Brand Success at HigherVisibility. Ericka has held this position since May of 2017. Prior to their current role, Ericka served as the Director of Client Services at HigherVisibility from April 2012 to May 2017.

Ericka began their career in 2007 as an Events Coordinator at the Greater Memphis Chamber. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating events and programs for the Chamber. Ericka remained in this position until 2012 when they transitioned to HigherVisibility.

Before their time at the Greater Memphis Chamber, Ericka worked as a Manager Member Support at ParMasters Golf Training Center and as a Spring Intern at Hollywood Casino.

Ericka Milford has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Hospitality Administration/Management from The University of Memphis. Ericka also has certification from Dale Carnegie Training in Attitudes for Service, Coaching for Improved Performance, and Managing Customer Expectations.

Ericka Milford reports to Adam Heitzman, Co-Founder & Managing Partner. Some of their coworkers include Andy Spears - Director of Digital PR, Andy Sawyer - Director of Web Production, and Lauren Brady - Director of Digital Consulting.
