Brittany Bonilla

Brittany Bonilla is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Complex Associate Director of HR at Highgate since October 2023. Prior roles include HR Manager and HR Generalist at Alohilani Resort Waikiki Beach from March 2022 to October 2023, Human Resources Director and HR Specialist at Wilson Care Group from August 2020 to March 2022, and HR Manager at Waikiki Health from October 2017 to April 2020. Brittany's career began with a position as an Office Student Assistant at the University of Hawaii at Manoa in 2017. Additionally, Brittany has held leadership roles in the American Marketing Association and managed Shoots! PhotoBooth LLC. Brittany earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Hawai‘i - Shidler College of Business in 2017.
