Carlos Molinet

Carlos Molinet, CHA, is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in luxury and lifestyle hotels throughout South Florida. Currently serving as Complex General Manager for Highgate since March 2020, Carlos has held various leadership positions, including General Manager at The Gabriel Miami and multiple resorts, as well as Senior Vice President for the Greater Fort Lauderdale Convention & Visitors Bureau. Additionally, Carlos founded The Molinet Institute, providing strategic consulting services, and previously held roles as President/CEO of Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina and Director of Operations for LXR Luxury Resorts & Hotels. Carlos's educational background includes studies at Queens College.
