Cristy Saycon

Cristy Saycon, CPA, currently serves as the Complex Director of Finance at Highgate since March 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Corporate Controller at PARKER RANCH, INC. from December 2020 to June 2024, and as Manager of Business Operations at Hilton Grand Vacations from October 2019 to October 2020. Other positions include Budget Analyst at Hawaiian Electric Company, Manager of Sales & Marketing Corporate Accounting and Manager at Hilton Grand Vacations, and several roles at Deloitte spanning from Audit Assistant to Manager. Early career experience includes accounting at Brigham Young University Hawaii and roles as Case Manager at Telstra, Volunteer Representative for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and Multi-purpose Guide at Polynesian Cultural Center. Cristy holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Brigham Young University–Hawaii and has earned multiple certificates in Microsoft Excel from the University of Hawai‘i System.
