Sarve Eshtehardi

Sarve Eshtehardi is an accomplished Vice President of Development at Highgate since September 2022. Previously, Sarve held the role of Vice President of Real Estate Acquisitions and Head of Real Estate at Butler Hospitality from June 2020 to May 2022. Additionally, Sarve served as Director of Acquisitions & Development at GFI Hospitality, LLC from August 2017 to June 2020, and held various positions at JLL's Hotels & Hospitality Group, including Hotel Investment Banking Analyst and Transaction Manager, from March 2012 to June 2017. Earlier in a career at Tishman Speyer, Sarve focused on property management from 2010 to 2012, and gained initial experience as a Financial Analyst/Wealth Management Intern at Salomon Smith Barney in 2007. Sarve earned an M.B.A. with a specialization in Real Estate and Corporate Finance from NYU Stern School of Business between 2012 and 2015, and a BA in Criminology, Law and Society from UC Irvine from 2004 to 2008.
