Steve Barick

Steve joined Highgate in 1992 and has over 34 years of hotel multi-unit experience and over 40 years of total hospitality experience. As Principal, Steve is focused on turnaround strategies for distressed and under-performing hotel properties, including the oversight of over $2 billion dollars in renovation and repositioning programs. Previously, he served as Highgate’s COO for 20 years where he was responsible for implementing operating cost controls and effective operating budget management techniques, operational execution of the portfolio, organizational growth and managing a world class team.
