Teralyn Miller

Teralyn Miller, SPHR, currently serves as the Area Director of Human Resources for Highgate, overseeing the HR function for the Phoenix Area of Full Service Highgate Hotels since March 2023. Previously, Teralyn held the position of Complex Director of Human Resources at Marriott International and was responsible for associate experience support across 26 managed properties in Arizona, Colorado, and Utah. Teralyn has also served as Director of Human Resources at The Phoenician Resort, where leadership of HR functions for a workforce of 1,100 was achieved, implementing strategies that enhanced leadership skills and reduced turnover. Additional experience includes roles at Starwood Hotels & Resorts, where Teralyn contributed to human resources processes and initiatives at various properties, notably aiding in the transition to The Westin Brand and ensuring strong associate engagement. Teralyn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Northern Arizona University.
