Tamecia Lamar

Tamecia Lamar has extensive experience in human resources within the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Area Director of Human Resources at Schulte Hospitality Group since September 2021. Previously, Tamecia held the role of Director of Human Resources at Hyatt Regency Atlanta from July 2019 to September 2021, and the position of Director of Human Resources at Embassy Suites from May 2015 to July 2019. Tamecia's career also includes significant roles at Georgia Aquarium as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner and at Sheraton Atlanta Hotel as Assistant Director of Human Resources. Early experience as a Human Resources Manager at Wyndham Hotel Group laid a strong foundation for Tamecia’s career. Tamecia holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Resources Administration and Development from Mercer University, completed in 2016.
