Zach Berger

Zach is a nine-year Highgate veteran and leads Highgate’s real estate investment, asset management and corporate finance initiatives. During his time at Highgate, Zach has been involved in over $8bn of hospitality real estate transactions.

Prior to joining Highgate, Zach worked in Citigroup’s Real Estate and Lodging Investment Banking Group. While at Citi, Zach worked on public debt and equity raises, and M&A transactions involving REITs, lodging operators and real estate private equity funds.

Zach graduated summa cum laude from Wake Forest University with a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science, and also studied at The London School of Economics.
