Joe Ens

Joe Ens has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Joe is currently the CEO of HighKey since October 2019. Before that, they were a Partner at North 44, where they co-founded the North American operation for an Australian natural food business and advised private equity firms on consumer goods companies. From July 2018 to October 2019, Joe was the President and EVP at Taylor Corporation. Prior to that, they held several positions at General Mills, including Regional CEO for Australasia, Vice President/GM for Snack Bars, Vice President for Convenience/Food Service, and Business Unit Director for Kid Cereals. Joe also held marketing leadership roles at General Mills in the USA and Canada.

Joe Ens completed their Bachelor's Degree in Honors Business Administration at the Ivey Business School at Western University from 1992 to 1996. Joe then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at York University from 1999 to 2001.
