Karen MacDonald

Karen MacDonald is a Mechanical Engineer at Highland Associates, with experience since September 2016, and previously held a Mechanical Engineering Intern position at the same company in the summer of 2015. Karen's work involves the design and testing of fire suppression sprinkler and plumbing systems, including ICAF systems, wet-sprinkler systems, and dry-sprinkler systems for projects over 100,000 square feet. In addition to engineering, Karen served as a Hockey Instructor and Camp Counselor at Princeton University Summer Sports Camps in July 2014, overseeing the activities and safety of young female athletes. Karen earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, along with a Certificate in Robotics and Intelligent Systems, from Princeton University between 2012 and 2016.
