Sarah Dudley-Lemek

Assistant Superintendent at Highland Central School District

Sarah Dudley-Lemek is the current Assistant Superintendent at Highland Central School District. Sarah has previous experience as an Assistant Principal and a Social Studies teacher. As an Assistant Principal, they were responsible for the discipline of over 550 students, lead evaluator of 27 teachers using the Danielson rubric, chair of Building Leadership team, Administrative coach of Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports (PBIS) team, Advanced Placement (AP) coordinator responsible for the proper administration of over 100 exams, and Dignity for All Students Act Coordinator. As a Social Studies teacher, they were a Global HIstory and Geography teacher for 9th and 10th grade students, Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports Coach, Student Council advisor, and Junior Class Advisor. Sarah has experience in both block scheduling and traditional scheduling and is skilled in differentiated instruction.

Sarah Dudley-Lemek has a certificate of advanced study in educational administration from the State University of New York at New Paltz. Sarah also has a master's in the art of teaching from the same school, with a focus on secondary education and teaching. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Michigan State University, where they earned a bachelor's degree in art history.
