Charline Miville-Deschênes

Charline Miville-Deschênes is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in the mining and construction sectors. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Highland Copper Company Inc. since November 2021, Charline has previously held similar roles at IAMGOLD Corporation and provided consultancy services at Highland Copper Company. Prior positions include Engineering Coordinator at Lundin Gold Ecuador and Project Engineer at G Mining Services, where Charline managed project delivery and engineering coordination. Charline's foundational experience includes roles in project management during mechanical installations and various internships focusing on mechanical engineering and industrial processes. Charline holds an MBA from Université Laval and a degree from Université de Sherbrooke, complemented by international exposure through studies at EPF Engineering School.
