Debora Trimpe has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Debora started their career at the Homebuilders Association of Greater Dallas, where they served as President from 2000 to 2001. Following that, they joined the Texas Association of Builders as a Life Director, a role they held from 1998 to 2010. Then, Trimpe moved to Grand Homes, where they served as the VP of Sales and Training from November 2006 to January 2008. In 2008, they joined Highland Homes as Director of Training, responsible for creating sales training programs and providing coaching activities for Sales Counselors in the Dallas/Ft. Worth market.

Debora Trimpe has a strong education background in the field of psychology. Debora began their educational journey in 1974 at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in MassComm.
