Jen R.

Jen R. is currently the Director of Product Research & Development at Highland Homes. Prior to this role, worked at Deloitte as a Product Development Senior Consultant. Before joining Deloitte, served as an Interior Designer at Havenly. With a background in apparel product development, Jen held various positions at JCPenney, including Director of Product Development, Senior Product Manager, and Assistant Buyer. Started career in buying and inventory planning after completing a training program at JCPenney. Graduated from Pittsburg State University with a BA in Fashion Merchandising/ Fine Art in 2005.
