Jennifer Heiden has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jennifer started their career in 1992 as a Commercial Account Representative for Bank One, where they maintained relationships with small to mid-size corporations and provided loan services. Jennifer then moved on to work at Invesco US, where they held various roles including Global Key Account Manager and Senior Key Account Manager. At Invesco, they created and executed sales and marketing plans, recruited new institutional accounts, and built long-term business development strategies. In 2011, Jennifer joined Perry Homes as a Sales Counselor, driving sales in three luxury home communities and achieving recognition for the highest residential return on investment for the Oak Forest community. Jennifer later became a Community Sales Manager for Britton Homes Texas, leading the product launch of a new luxury home community in Dallas. Currently, they work as a New Home Sales Counselor at Highland Homes. Overall, Jennifer has demonstrated strong sales and management skills throughout their career in the real estate and investment industries.

Jennifer Heiden attended Syracuse University from 1998 to 2005, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Liberal Studies. Jennifer also completed minors in Marketing and Political Science with a Foreign Emphasis. In 2015, they obtained certification as a Certified Luxury Home Specialist (CLHS) from The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing.
