Kari P. has a strong background in IT support and technical roles. They started their career at Nike in 2011, serving as a North American End User Computing Subject Matter Expert and providing support to end users globally. After five years at Nike, they joined Washington County as a Deployment Technician for a short period. In 2017, Kari joined UFCU as a Service Desk Analyst II, where they supported internal applications, created user accounts, and ensured smooth daily operations. They then moved on to work at NFP in 2020 as a Technical Support Engineer and at PillPack as an IT Support Technician. Most recently, Kari served as an IT Desktop Support Specialist at ICU Medical before joining Highland Homes as a Service Desk Analyst lvl 2.

Kari P. pursued their education from 2009 to 2011 at Portland Community College, where they studied Computer Science. During this time, they did not obtain a degree in this field.
