Von Allen

Von Allen has extensive experience in educational leadership and equity initiatives, currently serving as the Director of Equity Initiatives at Highlands Community Charter School since July 2021. Previously, Von Allen held the position of Director of Independent Studies focused on equity initiatives at the same organization. Prior experience includes serving as the Dean of Students at St. HOPE Public Schools from September 2018 to July 2021, and a lengthy tenure as General Manager at Best Buy from August 2000 to December 2017.
