David P. Andress

David P. Andress has extensive law enforcement experience, serving as a part-time OPS Deputy at the Highlands County Sheriff's Office since March 2018, following a nearly 30-year tenure at the Polk County Sheriff's Office, where David P. Andress retired in June 2017. David P. Andress pursued higher education at Jacksonville University from 1986 to 1987 and attended Polk State College in 1987-1988, having completed secondary education at Lake Wales High School.
