Shweta Yashasvi has extensive experience in customer success and logistics management across multiple industries. Currently serving in a leadership role focused on customer success at HighLevel since July 2024, Shweta previously contributed to customer success at Sprinklr and managed customer success operations at Locus from August 2021 to October 2023. Prior roles include managing logistics and digital transformation initiatives at Vodafone Idea Limited and serving as Key Account Manager at both Shadowfax Technologies and ProcMart, where responsibilities included business development and client portfolio expansion. Shweta began the career as an Account and Category Manager at Browntape Ecommerce, overseeing operations for various online marketplaces. Early internships at Paisawapas.com and Tata Chemicals provided foundational experiences in product development and market analysis. Shweta holds an Integrated Dual Degree (BTech + MBA) in Process Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
