Chibale Wills

Chibale Wills is an experienced project and program manager with a strong background in overseeing complex initiatives. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Highlight since March 2024, Chibale previously held the role of Program Project Manager at ZemiTek from March 2022 to March 2024 and at Knowesis Inc. from October 2016 to March 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Program Manager at Rapier Solutions, Inc. for the USAID Limited Excess Property Program and as Senior Project Controller at both SAIC and Unisys from 2002 to 2015. Chibale holds an MBA in Finance from Howard University and a degree from Morehouse College, complemented by a high school diploma from Maret.
