Rebecca Andino

Rebecca Andino is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the technology and federal service sectors. Currently serving as Chairperson of the Board of Directors, Founder, and CEO of Highlight since February 2008, Andino leads a team that delivers tech-enabled solutions for complex challenges in Health, Citizen Services, and National Security. Previous roles include Project Manager at ICF International, where program management and strategic planning were key responsibilities, and Program Manager at The Analysis Corporation, focusing on organizational development and IT program management. Andino's academic background includes an MBA from The George Washington University School of Business, an MS in Computational Linguistics from Georgetown University, and a BA in Linguistics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
