Helene Babich

Helene Babich, MBA, currently serves as the Quality Assurance Lead at Highlights for Children, a position held since December 2015, after initially working as a Quality Assurance Analyst. Prior to this, Helene accumulated extensive experience at OCLC, Inc. from 1997 to 2015, where roles included Manager of Test Engineering, Senior Software Test Engineer, System Analyst II - Development, and System Analyst I - QA. In the role of Manager of Test Engineering, Helene successfully aligned testing resources for two major product portfolios, leading a team of 6 to 9 Test Analysts. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The Ohio State University and a Master of Business Administration from Franklin University.
