Richard L. Eaton II has over 35 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Richard L began their career in 1983 as a Supervisor QA at Raytheon Missile Systems, where they supervised QA inspectors and utilized various testing methods. In 1988, they joined Anheuser-Busch Companies, Inc. as an Operations Manager in the Recycling Division, responsible for plant operations and the preparation of materials for sale to raw material manufacturers. In 1998, they joined Highlights for Children as VP of Operations, overseeing various aspects including promotional mailings, product procurement, order fulfillment, customer service, and postal affairs. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong operations and management skills.

Richard L Eaton II received their MBA in Management and Marketing from New Hampshire College, where they studied from 1994 to 1996.
