Allison Gadbois

Allison Gadbois currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Clinical Operations at Highlights Healthcare - Autism ABA Services, a position held since June 2024. Prior to this role, Allison was the Vice President of Clinical Compliance and Quality at Bierman Autism Centers from October 2020 to June 2024. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior ABA Care Manager at Magellan Health from December 2016 to October 2020 and as a Regional Manager at Verbal Behavior Associates from August 2014 to December 2016, overseeing the application of Applied Behavior Analysis for clients aged one to twenty-two. Earlier in their career, Allison worked as a BCBA for the Southington Board of Education from June 2013 to August 2014. Allison earned a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in the Education/Teaching of Individuals with Autism from Cambridge College between 2009 and 2012.
