Patricia Varner is an experienced event production professional, currently serving as Owner & Operator of P2 Productions, LLC since February 2019, managing large-scale events with budgets up to one million dollars. Varner has held various roles in race management, including Race Director for The Color Run and Assistant Race Director for the F^3 Lake Half Marathon. Additionally, Varner has worked as a Site Administrator for COVID vaccination sites and as an Event Lead for the Candlelight Concert Series. With a background in production management for significant athletic events and extensive experience in logistics, permitting, and staff management, Varner is skilled in overseeing complex event operations across diverse platforms. Varner holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Community Recreation & Commercial Recreation from Central Michigan University.
