Ellen Bremen

Ellen Bremen is a Learning Architect at iDesign since June 2020, specializing in designing instructional content that prioritizes the lived experiences of oppressed identities and employs trauma-informed approaches. With extensive experience in higher education, Ellen has served as a tenured Professor of Speech Communication at Highline Community College since August 2004, where roles have included Department Coordinator and Assessment Leader. Previous positions include Instructional Designer and QA Manager for the Gates Open Course Library Project and Assistant Professor at Darton College. Academic qualifications include a M.A. and B.S. in Communication Studies from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, and an A.A. in General Studies from the Community College of Southern Nevada.
