Tyler Ochsner

Tyler Ochsner is an experienced professional in education and financial aid, currently serving as a Financial Aid Advisor at Highline College since November 2022. In this role, Tyler successfully advises students on the financial aid application process and provides critical support to those facing personal or economic challenges. Prior to this position, Tyler spent five years as an English teacher at Ridgefield High School and previously taught English and Social Studies at Monticello Middle School. Tyler's diverse experience includes roles as a Customer Service Specialist at the Washington State Department of Financial Institutions, as well as residential management positions at the University of Portland and St. Olaf College. Tyler holds a Master’s in Teaching from Saint Martin's University, a Master of Science in Management Communication from the University of Portland, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Pacific Lutheran University.
