David Swart

David Swart is an experienced high school science educator currently teaching Biology and a college-level Biology course at Highline High School in Burien, WA, since July 2017. Swart has a robust background in both education and research, having previously served as a Senior Research Associate at Juno Therapeutics, Inc., and in various research roles at Amgen, Immunex, and the Infectious Disease Research Institute. With a Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Bioengineering from the University of Washington and additional certifications in science education, Swart combines extensive classroom experience with a solid foundation in scientific research, including immunology and biotechnology.
