Alexander Sirotin

Alexander Sirotin is a Principal Software Engineer and Director at Highline since June 2022. Previously, Alexander held the position of Senior Software Engineer at Amazon Web Services from January 2018 to June 2022, where responsibilities included leading the architecture and partner integrations for the AWS Backup service. At Velostrata, acquired by Google, from November 2014 to November 2017, Alexander was a founding member focusing on hybrid cloud and migration products. Prior roles included Senior Software Engineer at Dell and various engineering positions within Israeli Military Intelligence, demonstrating a strong background in software and hardware development. Alexander holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Afeka Tel Aviv Academic College and a Practical Engineering degree from Braude Academic College.
