Cindy Novotny

Cindy Novotny is currently the Talent and Engagement Director at Highmark Health since March 2021. Prior to this role, Cindy worked as a District Leader at CVS Health from October 2019 to March 2021 and held various positions at Target from August 2006 to October 2019, including Store Director, Human Resources Director, Human Resources Business Partner, and Executive Team Lead Human Resources. Cindy obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Duquesne University in 2005.
