Lori Schade

Lori Schade has extensive experience in market research and consumer insights. Lori currently works as a Lead Market Researcher at Highmark Health since December 2019. Previously, they held roles at American Greetings from 2008 to 2019, including Senior Manager, Consumer Insights and Manager, Consumer Research. At American Greetings, they managed research and insights across various functional areas and mentored a team. From 1996 to 2008, they worked at YRC Worldwide as a Market Research Manager and Senior Analyst, leading market research efforts and facilitating business planning sessions. Prior to that, they worked as a Market Research Analyst at Finast Supermarkets from 1990 to 1996, where they supervised consumer research and collaborated with CPG companies on marketing programs.

Lori Schade completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing at Cleveland State University. Lori later pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Marketing/Market Research at the same institution.
