Richard Pilon

Richard Pilon has extensive experience in healthcare consulting and management. Richard has worked as a Healthcare Consultant and Interim Manager, partnering with private and public organizations to implement strategic and digital transformations. Richard has also held leadership roles in various healthcare companies, including serving as a Market President in a value-based healthcare practice, a Senior Vice President overseeing operations and revenue cycle management, and a Senior Vice President/COO of a population management company. Prior to their healthcare career, Richard worked in the transportation industry, focusing on strategic and M&A initiatives. Richard also has experience as a Results-Based Turnaround Management Consultant, helping businesses achieve better performance.

Richard Pilon has a diverse education history. Richard earned an MBA with a finance concentration from the University of Tampa - John H. Sykes College of Business. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Ottawa. Additionally, they have pursued studies in Portfolio and Investment Financial Management at the University of South Florida.
