Stephen Hunter

Stephen Hunter has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Stephen began their career at Deloitte as a Senior Consultant, where they performed various information technology and management consulting engagements focused on risk and compliance, security and privacy. In 2012, they joined Highmark Health as an Advisory Services Senior, before progressing to Manager of Financial Investigation & Provider Review and later Leader of the Transformation Office. In 2017, they assumed the role of Director of AHN Strategic Operations at Allegheny Health Network, responsible for network-wide strategy development and implementation. Most recently, Stephen served as the Vice President of AHN Innovation & Incubator Operations, leading efforts to reinvigorate legacy healthcare facilities and introduce innovation through the implementation of programs. Throughout their career, Stephen has demonstrated a strong ability to drive strategic initiatives and bring about radical change at scale.

Stephen Hunter completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business, from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) from Marietta College, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. Additionally, they have earned certifications including Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) from ACFE USA in May 2014 and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) from ISACA in November 2012.
