William Freeman

William Freeman, MBA, currently serves as a Senior Government Affairs Representative at Highmark Health, a position held since February 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Legislative Liaison at the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection from January 2019 to February 2024 and Legislative Specialist at the Pennsylvania Department of Health from January 2014 to January 2019, facilitating communication between health officials and the legislature. Earlier in his career, Freeman worked as a Radiological Officer for Lower Allen Township from January 2010 to February 2017, overseeing emergency planning related to the Three Mile Island Nuclear Generating Station, and as an Emergency Medical Technician with the Lower Allen Township Department of Public Safety from September 2007 to February 2017.
