Cam Jessica Garland

Jessica Garland has extensive work experience in the residential property management industry. Jessica started their career in 2002 as a Marketing Associate at UDR - Opening Doors to your future, where they worked until 2004. In 2004, Jessica joined Highmark Residential as a Leasing Specialist. Jessica recently transitioned to the role of Assistant Community Director at Highmark Residential in March 2021.

Jessica Garland, CAM, attended Edward H. White High School from 1994 to 1997, where they did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study. Jessica has obtained several certifications relevant to the apartment management industry. In 2022, Jessica earned the Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) certification from the National Apartment Association. Prior to that, they obtained the CAM certification in 2020 from the same institution. In 2006, Jessica also achieved the National Apartment Leasing Professional certification from the National Apartment Association. Furthermore, they obtained another CAM certification in 2020 from the National Apartment Association Education Institute (NAAEI).
