Silvana Alcazar

Silvana Alcazar has extensive work experience in property management and customer service. Silvana started their career in 2003 as a Kid's Club Manager at Bally Total Fitness, where they managed a team and provided top-quality childcare. After that, they worked as a Bank Teller at U.S. Bank, performing various customer transactions and informing customers about bank products and services.

In 2007, Silvana joined Weidner Apartment Homes as an Assistant Manager, where they leased apartment homes and ensured their cleanliness and quality. Silvana then transitioned to Holland Partner Group as a Property Manager, leading a team of eight and delivering exceptional customer service.

Silvana continued to excel in property management, taking on roles such as Assistant Business Manager at Pinnacle Property Management Services, where they maintained financial records and assisted with property operations. Silvana also worked as a Property Manager at Pinnacle, overseeing community staff and conducting regular inspections.

In 2018, Silvana joined Highmark Residential as a Community Director, where they ensured the community's curb appeal, conducted inspections, and oversaw staff activities.
