Callie Andro

Callie Andro, MSHES, BA, is an accomplished graphic designer and creative professional with a diverse background in branding and design. As the Owner and Graphic Designer at Andro Design Co. LLC since September 2022, Callie partners with nationally recognized sports organizations and emerging businesses to deliver impactful design solutions. In parallel, Callie serves as a Senior Creative Design Analyst at Highmark Health, contributing to an award-winning in-house agency by reimagining healthcare marketing through strategic design. Previously, Callie held the position of Assistant Director of Graphic Design at The University of Alabama, where responsibilities included graphic design for multiple sports teams and the development of the Alabama Athletics Branding Style Guide. Callie’s education includes a Master's degree and a Graduate Certificate in Human Environmental Sciences with a focus on Mediation, Negotiation, and Conflict Resolution, in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Digital Media.
